Earn Toward Medallion Status with Delta Vacations
For travel starting January 1, 2024: SkyMiles® Members who book a Delta Vacations package with us now earn $1 Medallion Qualification Dollar (MQD) per $1 spent on their Total Package Price†. Here’s a breakdown of how you will earn MQDs:
All passengers in your booking will earn MQDs for the flight portion of the package based on Exception Fares.
In addition to the MQDs earned on the flight portion of the package, as the primary passenger who books the package you will also receive MQDs on nonflight portions of the package, such as stays, rides, cars, and activities. The amount of MQDs you earn for this non-flight portion equals the difference between the Total Package Price and the combined MQDs awarded to all passengers for the flight portion.
How to Earn Bonus Miles with Delta Vacations
Before, you earned up to 5,000 bonus miles on a Delta Vacations package. Now, you can earn up to 10,000 bonus miles per person on every vacation experience you book on top of the miles you earn for your flight.
