OUR 3-STEP PROCESS TO AN EXPERIENCE BEYOND

When you are ready, sign up for our newsletter, submit a trip request via our website or contact our concierge, who can help connect you with the perfect advisor to assist you with your travel plans. After the initial consultation (and depending on the experience you’re looking to book or the size of your group), we will require a planning fee of between $25-$250+ per person, based on the length, complexity, and timing of your trip. This allows your advisor to make your experience their priority and set aside the time it takes to create a customized itinerary that will exceed your expectations.

  • A brief overview of destinations, experiences, and travel requirements

  • Professional Planning Fee processed (includes a 10% donation to Travel Elevates)

  • Our Professional Planning Fee also includes additional lost baggage coverage and support from our Blue Ribbon Bags service.

  • Free access to destination guides and itinerary suggestions from preferred travel providers

  • Complimentary subscription to our Inspire Newsletter

CREATE

Next, your expert travel advisor will be assigned and they’ll start working on your itinerary. Your advisor will talk through all your travel desires, budget, style of trip, and special requests and prepare a tailored proposal that’s uniquely based on your needs. They’ll work with you until you are ready to book, apply deposits and provide you with the due dates on all future payments.

  • Trip Protection/Travel Insurance options or suggestions

From the moment you start working with your expert advisor, all the way through the booking process and beyond, they’ll be just one phone call or email away to answer any questions or book additional components of your trip.
