+ What is the fee for using a travel agency?

We will provide you an initial consultation with an advisor to discuss your travel ideas and see how we can help. After the initial consultation (and depending on the experience you’re looking to book, or the size of your group) we may require a Professional Planning Fee of between $25-$250 per person, based on the complexity and timing of your trip. This allows our specialized advisor to make your experience their priority. They will set aside the time it takes to work closely with our trusted suppliers and create a customized itinerary that will hopefully exceed all your expectations. Our Professional Planning Fee does not mean you’ll pay more for your trip. You may even save more than you ever imagined. What our fee does ensure is that YOU are our priority. It allows us to take the time to research then select the supplier and experience that's best for you.

Yes. Even for those travelers that know exactly what they want and confident they can book on their own, we still believe there is added value to be gained when collaborating with a travel advisor who truly understands what type of traveler they are. In most cases this also results in a lower Professional Planning Fee.
